Job Description

Opening: Dentist, open to new grads

Start Date: ASAP, locum tenens or permanent placement

Location: Location: near Mansfield, Ohio, about 1 hour SW of Cleveland

Facility: Outpatient Dental Clinic

Length: 3 - 6 months preferred, will accept varying availability

Hours: 2-3 days per week, days flexible, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation and Benefits: Travel, Housing and Medical Malpractice provided.

Details:

RCT (anterior, bicuspid and possible 1st molar)

Crowns/bridges

Dentures

Hygiene checks (2 days each week we are double hygiene)

Fillings (with EFDA assisted possible double EFDA)

ER - 20 minutes only

Comp exams 30 min and under.

Credentials:

Active Ohio Dental license

DEA certificate

Must have active Ohio Medicaid

Must be managed care credentialed (Caresource, Medicaid, United Health Care, Denta Quest, and private insurance).
