COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Up to $195K Compensation package
• 401K Match - 100% match up to 4% employee contribution, another 50% match toward 5% - 6%
• 25 Days PTO in year 1, jumps to 30 days PTO year 2 + Holidays
• FQHC - Approved site for Federal School Loan Assistance program
• Continuing Education 5 days $3,000

• Federally Qualified Health Center setting (FQHC) - Qualified for Federal school loan assistance
• General Dentistry - Variety of case-mix including crowns, bridges, endo, and dentures
• Monday-Friday Schedule

• Newly graduated Dentists and / or experienced providers welcome to apply
