4 locations in Pennsylvania
4 locations in Maryland
About the POSITION:
They need a Chair-side Clinical Director General Dentist
Must have 3-5 years' experience or more
This is replacing a Dentist who is leaving
Practice has been around for 15 years
M-F 9-6, and 1 Sat a month
Will work with 1 Dentist (recent grad), 1 RDA, 1 DA, and 1 Hygienist
12 operatories
Payor mix: Heavy Medicaid
98% collection percentage
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Daily rate for the first 90 days but negotiable
% of collections plus % of previous year growth
Medical/Dental: Company pays $3600 towards company health plan
