Job Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Dentist
- Base pay between $225,000 and $250,000 for NEW Dentists who recently completed their Pediatric Residency!!
- $250K Base plus production bonuses for experienced candidates, make over $300K
- Student Loan Assistance for candidates who still owe hundreds of thousands of dollars!

- Full medical benefits paid 100% by the practice for you AND your family
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatric Dentist
- Will consider DMD or DDS candidates who had residency in pediatrics
- Sole pediatric dentist at the practice – assist in continuing to grow the pediatric program
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, but hours flexible based on patient load
- 2 pediatric specific dental hygienists already on staff – assist in seeing 35-40 patients per day when up and running
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Dentist
- New graduate DDS or DMD with pediatric residency WILL be considered
- Looking for a pediatric dentist who is interested in potentially becoming an owner - 11 dentists share ownership of this clinic in WI
- Residency in pediatric dentistry required
