– Employed by mission-oriented community health center
– Appleton is a short drive to Green Bay and Milwaukee
– Up to 200K base annual salary
– 50K student loan assistance

Practice Overview:

– Practice in a new, state of the art dental center
– Expansion under way to double operatories (currently at 13, going to 26)
– Support staff to include 1-2 hygienists and 2 assistants per dentist
– Average 18 patients per day
– Comprehensive service includes Preventative and Restorative Care for all ages, Fluoride Treatments and Sealants, Extractions, Root Canals, Dentures and Partials
– Can do 4 day weeks
– No weekends or call

Compensation Overview:

– Up to 200K base annual salary (reflective of experience)
– 50K student loan assistance
– 20 Days of PTO plus 7.5 national holidays
– 5 Days CME with 2K allowance
– Relocation assistance

– License and annual dues reimbursed
