Job Description

When we opened Bright Tiger Dental, we started with a pen, a blank sheet of paper, and a question, “How can we do dentistry differently?”

The answer was to start by subtracting the things that keep you from focusing on what you got into dentistry to do: deliver honest, personal, and individualized patient care.

Here at Bright Tiger Dental, we are innovating. We have removed front-office staff, waiting rooms, and crazy schedules. We provide a guarantee to our patients that they will be seen on time (or it’s free) and receive VIP treatment every time.

You, as the Dentist, run the office how you see fit, with complete clinical autonomy, staffed with only clinical team members, and backed by the support of the Bright Tiger Dental Support Team. We know work-life balance is important to you so we ensure our practices run on time so you are out on time. Our hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Thursday and we leave early on Friday at 3 PM.

Bright Tiger Dental is changing the face of dentistry and we are looking for individuals to bring this vision to life!
