Platinum Dental is rapidly growing, adding new locations, hiring new doctors, all of which cause a need to add many new team members to keep up with our rapid growth throughout the organization.

A DSO is a Dental Support Organization, which means that we provide guidance and support to a group of dentists and dental offices to help them provide the best care and experience for the patients. Whether you are a dentist, hygienist, dental assistant, front office worker, or working at the home office, we all work as a team towards this goal.
As a DSO, we provide opportunities that don’t always exist in private practices. We offer health benefits, 401(k), PTO and paid holidays, continuing CE credits for some positions, a collaborative network to share and glean best practices, as well as shared technology, talent, and resources. We have several established dental offices growing and looking for new associates to join their teams. The current dentists we work with are looking for friendly and patient-focused associates. To be successful, you will need to be open to mentorship, collaboration, and hunger to continue to grow and learn. We are looking for doctors interested in possible ownership opportunities in the future and new grads looking to start their careers.
We work hard to give dentists the tools, education, and mentorship they need to help them be as successful as possible. We also like to keep the environment fun with monthly competitions for spiffs, yearly retreats, and additional fun activities throughout the year. We strongly believe in the saying, "work hard, play hard."
About the Role
You will work with a Platinum Dental supported and trained team. We work hard to make sure that your only focus is on giving your patients the very best dental care and patient experience.

Qualifications
- Current License
- 3+ years prior General Dentistry experience
