My client, a dental organization with multiple locations throughout the country, urgently needs two associate dentists to join a busy general bread & butter practice in Illinois. This is a dynamic, turn-key practice, and you will hit the ground running on day one.

Financial Package
· Daily Guarantee of 950.00 - 1000.00
· 30-32% production bonus - Net Collections across the board
· PTO - 10 days PTO + 7 Holidays + 3 Days CEE
· Sign-On & relocation allowance, CEE allowance
· Full health benefits paid malpractice & tail
· 401K retirement
Practice Highlights
· Mon – Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Sat. 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
· 5-day work week and needing every other Saturday covered
· General bread & butter dentistry - 18-22 patients per day
· 2-3 assistants per dentist –Profee and Coronal Certified
· 14 total chairs –8 chairs, four overflows, and adding two more
· No call required
