Solo practice is looking to fill a General Dentist position an hour north of Little Rock.
Little Rock is a city on the Arkansas River banks, full of amenities. Enjoy shopping at the Outlets of Little Rock, stroll the Promenade, visit one of the many museums, or visit the River Market District with its wealth of great Arkansas live music and top entertainment spots.
PRACTICE:
o Practice currently operates three days per week.
o Schedule is flexible.
o The office has one hygienist and two dental assistants. The office manager has been there for ten years.
o Four oversized operatories, hygiene uses one.
COMPENSATION:
o Doctors can make over $200k/year if they work four days. The current doctor works 3.5 days/week, pushing closer to $160/year.
o $10k sign-on bonus.
o Day 1, buy-in is available. Could structure to be earned in instead of cutting a check.
Must be able to bill all payers, including Medicaid. i.e., Cannot be on any excluded parties’ lists, have license issues, criminal issues, or malpractice issues that would prohibit ease of employment and billing insurers/payers.
