Overview:

– 4 day work week – Monday – Thursday
– Established patient panel
Compensation:
– 32-26 percent of monthly collections – Realistic 300K plus, Demonstrated 400K plus
– 12K monthly salary for 6 months
– Practice bonus opportunities
– 4 weeks PTO
– Health, Dental, Vision
– 6K CME allowance
– Licensing paid
– Liability insurance paid
– 1K reimbursement for annual association dues
– All positions offer a path to ownership (not required)

– Community of 20K
– Situated along the Wisconsin River
