About the GROUP:
Community Health Clinic that is a private, nonprofit organization, which has been providing health care since 1990.

They have 4 locations in the area.

About the POSITION:
This is due to growth and also replacement. Their dentist has been there for 38 years, and will retire at the 40 year mark. They have also opened a 3rd Dental Clinic.
Family Dentistry - in a rural, remote northern Maine town, bordering Canada
They opened comprehensive dental services in 2010 at a full-time schedule at one location---added the second location in 2015—added the third clinic location in 2017

2 other full-time dentists at other sites
1 Dental Assistant and 1 Dental Scrub Tech (radiology certified and trained to assist in the event the assistant is out)
1 RDH at this practice with anesthesia certification and 3 RDH at alternate sites
2 Dentist Operatories and 1 RDH Operatory
Digital Pan, X-rays—Dentrix Enterprise EDR, MU practice
Averaging 130 treatment appointments and 105 prophy exams

Payor Mix is 33 Medicaid/30 Medicare/18 Commercial/19 Uninsured
