Setting: Correctional Medicine

Locations: 1 in Northeast CO and the other just south of CO Springs

Hours: Mon - Fri 8a-5p

Scope of Work: This position requires routine and emergency dental care, assessment, diagnosis and treatment to incarcerated patients. This position is responsible for, but not limited to preventative, diagnosis and treatment of oral pathology both routine and emergency settings.

Requirements: All providers must pass the DOC background check before being accepted for the position. Must have a Colorado DDS license and Federal DEA registered in the state. 4 hours of mandatory training is required (usually completed online), BLS, ACLS, immunizations. Credentialing process may require additional information.

Credentialing process: Approximately 4 weeks
