Open Dates: Start December 27 for 60 to 90 days

Desired Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm

Worksite Setting: Outpatient FQHC

Scope of Work: General dentistry, 16 patients per day, 2 dental assistants,

Requirements: CA license, BLS, covid record, DEA,

EMR/EHR system: NextGen
