Open Dates: ASAP-Ongoing

Desired Schedule: Thursday 1pm-7pm Friday 7an-4pm Saturday 8am-2pm

Worksite Setting: Dental Office

Scope of Work: General dentistry with Restorative work history preferred but not necessary, 10 patients per day

Requirements: DMD or DDS, VT State License, DEA preferred but not necessary.

EMR/EHR system: Dentrix

Privileging Process: 3-5 Days
