36% Production incentive | 325-400/k | 4 day work week | VA Dentist
Practice:
– Established clinic
– Clinic part of a 6-office private group
– Equipment for all levels of procedures, including 3D printer for Invisalign, crown etc.
– Built in patient base due to retiring dentist
– Hygienist, assistants, and full admin support in place
– 4 or 5 day work week
Compensation & benefits:
– Guaranteed salary until fully ramped
– 36% of production, 325-400/k or more annually
– 401K, paid CME, and Health insurance
– Profit sharing retirement

Location: South-central Virginia
– 60,000 population community
– An hour drive to cities such as Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Durham, and Greensboro
– 2 hours to Charlotte, NC and Blacksburg, VA
