Job Description
Our state - of- the -art and technologically advanced multi- specialty private practice is searching for a skilled and
experienced dentist with excellent communication skills to join our professional team.
The ideal candidate for this position has worked with patients of all ages, is proficient in performing regular
checkups and complex dental procedures and is committed to the highest quality of patient care.

The position would include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients. This process would include discussion and
explanation of treatments with patients and or guardians to their satisfaction.
Educate Patients and Guardians on maintaining proper oral health and outlining proper " oral wellness plan"
goals.
Communicate with our dental and administrative support team regarding patient treatment plans.
Prescribe Medications as necessary.
Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, consultations and treatments.
Execution of proper follow up and continued care of patients involved in multi- step treatment.
Candidate would require the following:
DDS or DMD required.
Current license to practice dentistry.
Current malpractice insurance (1/3 million).
Current state and federal DEA licenses.
Experience is highly valued but not necessary to apply for this position.
