Practice was founded in 1973 and has grown to 14 locations in Wisconsin.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Orthodontist
They are increasing, due to growth
They will consider a New Grad!
This practice has been in business for over 30 years
Location: Green Bay
Clinic is open: Mon - Thu 7a-6p; Fri 7a-1:30p, and Sat 7a-noon (only required to work 1 Sat a month)
Providers work 38.75 hours a week
Will work with 6 General Dentists and 4 Specialists - there is only 1 other Orthodontist, and they are increasing it to 2
3-4 Dental Assistants
Average patients per month - dependent on provider
Clinic averages 200 new patients per month
Payor mix: All insurances, Fee for service, Employer groups. No State Aid, Medicaid, or T-19 patients.
Collections percentage: 92%, but provider compensation is not based on collections
No lab fees
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Compensation: Guaranteed annual with an additional incentive program based on production.
