- reason for need: the previous doctor got sick, need locum to fill a temporary position while we get a full permanent dentist.

- start date: November 4th,2019/ end date December 30th, 2019. or until a permanent position is filled.
- Shift days: Monday Thru Friday 8am-5 pm.
- avg. # patients;15-20(many of them are exams)
- JOB Details: Average# of patients: 15-20 many of them are exams. Kids ages: 1-14
- Type of cases: stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, amalgams, composite fillings, extractions, space maintainers prophys and sealants are done by assistants, but it may require some scaling by the doctor sometimes.
occasionally, the doctor will work on the adult side of the practice, where some fillings, extractions, root planning, exams. RCT's anterior, premolars if the dentist is comfortable doing them. - some patients may require N2O2. If the dentist has a CA sedation license even better, but for N2O2 no license is required by the state.
- Type of charting: Initial exam is written on dx sheet, but we have Eagle Soft as the practice management software. If dr, not familiar
- He or She will be guided to place his or, her notes on record.
- Support Staff: RDA's, DA's, back office supervisor.
- No Ortho TX. done at the office, no impacted extractions.
