**Pay Rate: ($90-105/Hr. + Travel, Lodging, Malpractice and Guaranteed Weekly Pay)**

David Ciske: Dentist – Oshkosh, WI- Immediate Start – 3+ Months – $90-$105/Hr.
– Bread and Butter cases
– Crowns, Cleanings, Bridges, nothing crazy
– Monday- Thursday 7:30 am – 5 pm (8 Hours Guaranteed)
– Private Practice
– Locums to Perm Potential
– Will cover Travel, Lodging, Malpractice with guaranteed weekly pay.
