Compensation-
– Daily rate 1,200/K
– Production: 40% bonus

– Sign on bonus: 40,000/K
– Long Term Incentive program- 100,000/K after 5 years
– Path to equity program

Benefits-
– Health insurance- 100% employee portion paid

– 8 days PTO
– 3,000/K annual stipend for CE, licenses, dues
