We currently have an opening for a Part-time Insurance Specialist to join our Comfort Dental team in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida!
Responsibilities
- Read and understand insurance EOBs
- Read and comprehend treatment plans
- Audit patient account balances and credits in Dentrix
- Track down necessary and supporting insurance information needed to support audit
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in a dental front office/reception is required
- Experience with Dentrix software is required
