Our Treatment Coordinators are valued and recognized for their contributions in serving as the heartbeat of each dental office.

The successful candidate will take x-rays, educate patients on their treatment options, present treatment plans and be comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients. Experience with Dentrix is a plus but not required.

Competitive Compensation:

DOE plus bonuses after 90 days.

Monday-Thursday

Qualifications:

• Dedication to extraordinary customer service and a solution-seeking mindset
• Previous experience with treatment plan presentation and making financial arrangements in a dental office or 1+ years Dental Assisting experience is required
• Must be able and willing to take radiographs (training available)
• Strong knowledge base of dental insurance, explanation of benefits, and the verification process
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Dentrix or other dental software strongly preferred
