We’re looking for dedicated business professionals to join our Support Center team at Sage’s central office in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida, assisting our dental offices with centralized business and administrative functions. Sage Dental has more than 80 offices in Florida and Georgia, and we’re constantly growing. We need intelligent, diligent, talented business professionals to help us sustain that growth and support our practice teams. Support Center departments include Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management, and our Patient Support Team (call center), among others.

Summary: The Outbound Patient Coordinator is responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective and existing patients aligned with Sage’s business directives. Duties include scheduling appointments via outbound campaigns, answering patient questions, and resolving complaints by following established protocols. This individual will need to utilize their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to aid patients in the booking process. Outbound Sales & Customer service experience is required.

Job Requirements: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Must be able to place a minimum of 75-100 outbound calls daily while maintaining satisfactory metrics.
  • Schedule appointments by obtaining all pertinent details and maintaining accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to follow scripts and utilize tools provided to achieve optimal efficiency.
  • Collect insurance information from patients if applicable and make the proper notations necessary.
  • Offers marketing promotions and educate the appropriate callers on our in-house discount program or other various Sage services.
  • Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports organization's goals and values.
  • Provide an industry leading level of exceptional customer service.
  • Meets daily, weekly, and monthly department goals set forth by management.
  • Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge for individual growth and company initiatives.
  • Ability to successfully relate to and communicate with team members and patients.
  • Strong team player willing to take direction, initiate business activities and work with management staff and peers.
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision/direction and ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • College Degree or a High school diploma with 3 years of relevant sales and customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Effectively collaborate in a team setting to maximize quality and efficiency of department.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact appropriately with patients.
  • Professional, motivated, and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
  • Sound decision making and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present complex information to the Leadership Team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous experience with an enterprise CRM system is preferred.
