Job Description
Overview
This CSR will answer high volume customer service calls giving Provider of Service status calls on all self-funded medical plan administered by Third Party Administrator (TPA).
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
2 year work history in customer service call center.
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to Providers of Service for medical claim status calls.
Ensure any message left in the customer service phone queue voice mail is retrieved and returned within 2 business days.
Must document each call answered in the claims system.
- Must be on time and available 8:30 – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
- Perform other duties as assigned.
