Position: Client Engagement Specialist I
Location: Novi, MI
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Information

  • Responsible for timely management and maintenance of all aspects of program set up and customer support involving coordinating partnerships with a matrix team (usually consisting of staffing, recruiting, finance, data integrity, logistics, lab, regulatory, field leadership, field examiners, IT and technical operations)
  • Responsible for assisting with developing client proposals and sales presentation to clients as the subject matter expert on all operational requirements, develops a detailed implementation plan, and manages on-going execution to include service issue resolution, reduction in service incidents, and problem tracking/reporting for sales representatives and others
  • Develops and manages project scope of work, detailed client engagement summaries, project plans and implementation guidelines Works with IT to provide input for client solutions involving wellness or corporate support applications
  • Coordinates and leads client program launch, implementation calls and program communications representing the company on client defined work groups and provides the final Quality Control (QC) checkpoint for all aspects of their accounts Health and Wellness program
  • Oversees analysis of account problems and expedites their resolution establishes practices to support field representatives with managing their account activity, problem resolution, and monitoring of key accounts. Develops strategies for addressing chronic service failures to facilitate permanent resolution across all wellness clients
  • Coordinates business unit customer satisfaction survey process. Creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed

Requirements

  • BA/BS, ideally in a business or communication related field
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position to include 1 year of internal Health &amp Wellness experience, or 3 years of previous external work experience in a similar position required health promotion or program management background preferred
  • Demonstrates organizational and project management skill in the ability to manage multiple projects and to produce required deliverables by the established deadlines and with the appropriate level of detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrates excellence in customer service skills to develop and retain customer relationships.
