Our Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for managing roll over calls from our dental practices, calling existing patients to convert open treatment to scheduled appointments, and assisting the field with community marketing efforts. The Reservations Coordinator will work out of our Practice Support Center in Brentwood, TN.
Qualifications & Skills:
Call Center experience preferred
Marketing and sales background with experience in customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in the Dental or Healthcare field strongly preferred
