Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Support Representative
Location: Raritan, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30A-5P
Assignment Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $15.00-18.00/hour depending on experience
Job Details
- Serves as a liaison between company branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems.
- Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems.
- Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of applicable experience
