Job Description
Position: Client Service Specialist
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Duration: 8:30A-5:30P (40 hours per week)
Job Information & Requirements
- Scheduling nurses, therapists and HHA's.
- Assisting the Clinical Manager in all administrative tasks, copying, faxing orders, ordering supplies, etc.
- Ensures all schedules are filled daily, escalates as needed for assistance.
- Runs various daily reports, manages open queues for maintaining and overseeing timely visits.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
