(Archived) Patient Coordinator - Call Center
Job Description
Due to our growth, we are adding another Patient Coordinator to our Reservations team! Our team works in our beautiful Practice Support Center in Brentwood, TN from 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Dental front-office experience is required in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Accept inbound patient calls for our dental practices
- Assessing patient need and routing appropriately
- Track patient calls and provide documentation
- Verify patient insurances and input patient information
- Call existing patients to schedule appointments
- Assist the practices with community marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Dental practice
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Positive, high energy, and supportive approach to working with patients
- Ideal candidates will have experience in Dental or Healthcare environments
