- Promote company culture by providing excellent customer service: interact with customers, teams, and field staff in recovery efforts & dispute resolutions
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls
- Meet daily expectations to ensure business needs are met
- Negotiate and secure payments from customers in an effort to resolve and prevent past due balances
- Understand and explain account status and activity. May include credit history, insurance benefits, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Negotiation/sales skills
- Excellent attendance/dependable
- Handle a high volume of calls - meet/exceed call goals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Type 35WPM minimum
- 10-key by touch
- Schedule: Must be available to work different shifts. Shift may begin from 5:30am-9:30am. Schedule includes rotating Saturdays.
