Dental Compliance Specialist focuses on Compliance and HR Consulting for dental practices. Many of our clients have reached out and said that a key pain point for their practices is the process of recruiting. In mid-2017, we launched a full service recruiting desk to help these clients. Our team completes the prescreen and first round interview via video chat. From there, candidates interview in person. Once a candidate is selected, we take care of the offer letter, and perform background and reference checks.

Duane Tinker has taken his expertise as a Law Enforcement Officer responsible for investigating Dentists and now uses this knowledge to help dentists prevent malpractice claims, lawsuits, disciplinary actions and even criminal prosecution.
