Michael Downing provides medical recruitment and consulting at Infinity Resources Professional. He has been successfully involved in the recruitment of more than 300 physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and behavioral health providers during his career.

His Master's degree is in Business Administration from Gannon University. He is a Life Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives (LFACHE) and a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from the Medical Group Management Association.

Infinity Resources, a regional staffing and business consulting organization, was founded in Erie, Pennsylvania by the Farrell Family in 1960. Today, the company touches employment lives through 17 staffing centers throughout PA, OH, and NY annually employing over 5,500 individuals in industry, business offices, tech centers, and other careers through temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement activities that are "Matching Great People with Meaningful Careers". A separate consulting division provides human resources and business consulting. Medical recruitment and consulting services were added in 2020.
