We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our growing team! This person will manage recruitment for Specialty Doctors and will work directly with our field locations to find the best talent to bring Smiles for Everyone. You will be responsible for ongoing Specialty dentist recruitment including successful onboarding and retention efforts within the organization, sourcing, qualifying, screening, and placing dentists in opportunities throughout the organization. This position develops and maintains a pipeline of talent focused on driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations
- Maintain regular communication with potential candidates via email, phone, and social networking
- Schedule candidates through the interview process
- Provide exceptional communication and follow-up with appropriate COOs, Directors, Doctors, and staff at the practices
- Attend company seminars, trade shows, vendor fairs, lunch & learns, and socials
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvement measures
- Continually meet or exceed targeted fill goals under responsibilities
Job Requirements
What We Need From You
•3 plus years of recruitment experience, dental or healthcare experience is preferred
•Ability to work remotely
•Strong business acumen
•Relationship-building skills
•Superior customer service and candidate follow-up
•Highly detail-oriented
•Proficient in social media applications
•Interpersonal skills, to collaborate with different levels of the organization
•Ability to travel as needed
