Join our team as a Marketing Manager at SALT Dental Collective! We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee our consumer-focused marketing strategies. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract and engage our target consumer audience in orthodontics, ultimately driving growth and revenue for our dental practices.

This position is located on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and direct mail.
• Develop creative and compelling content for marketing materials, campaigns, and advertisements targeted towards our consumer audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and understand our consumer demographics, preferences, and behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and consumer data to optimize marketing efforts and drive business results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
