(Archived) Associate Dental- Springfield

Complete Dental Staffing is proud to be partnering with a practice in Springfield that is looking for a dentist to help run the day-to-day duties in a full-time capacity. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for the right candidate.

As the sole dentist on staff, you would be empowered with tremendous clinical autonomy while also enjoying the comforts of a top-notch administrative staff to assist. You would be supported by 2 EFDAs, 2 DAs, and 2 office staff to allow you to primarily focus on providing exceptional patient care. The team has great continuity together and you would be set up for success stepping right into a busy practice with a staff that is already a well-oiled machine in place.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with patient hours of 8:45 am to 5 pm. You would be able to enjoy peace of mind that the practice is in good hands each evening with the administrative staff handling the after-hour responsibilities of managing a practice. Compensation will include a guaranteed daily rate and production-based pay with additional monthly bonus targets.

You would have ample opportunities for continuing education, as the practice prides itself on hosting a two-week training period to ensure you have all the tools for success needed. Mentorship is frequently available to hone your skills on an optional basis with other providers in the area as well.
