This charming Gulf Coast town is known for its beautiful beaches, historic downtown, and welcoming community. The office is a tight-knit, patient-focused endodontic practice led by a compassionate and loyal doctor with over 14 years of community service.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $29.00, depending on experience
- Paid working interviews
- Retirement plan with 3% employer match (enrollment windows in January and summer)
- Health stipend of $200/month (available after 90 days)

Responsibilities
- Full-time schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no formal lunch break)
- Seasonal half-day Fridays (typically 1–2 per month)
- Assist with all clinical aspects of endodontic procedures
- Present treatment plans and review insurance breakdowns with patients
- Answer phones and help at the front desk when needed
- Support a small, collaborative team in a multi-functional role
- Participate in maintaining a clean and efficient operatory environment
- Take X-rays and scans as needed, using up-to-date technology including CBCT and microscopes
Requirements
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification (Florida)
- Willingness to work in a faith-filled, music-friendly office setting
- Nitrous oxide certification preferred, but not required
- Strong ethical standards, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to perform front office duties and cross-functional tasks
- Comfortable with working interviews and hands-on skill demonstrations
