We are eagerly searching for a dynamic Dental Assistant to join our thriving private practice located in the picturesque city of Sarasota, FL. This immediate opportunity arises within our successful and rapidly expanding dental team!

Our office performs general bread-and-butter dentistry, smile makeovers, extractions, and root canals, has 4 doctors' operatories, and two hygiene operatories. Currently, our office has 1 Lead Dental Assistant who will share 2 columns.

Compensation Package:

• $24 to $26 an Hour (Based on Experience)
• $500 Sign On Bonus (Paid Out Within 6 Months)

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience as a Dental Assistant
• CDA or RDA Certified - EFDA Preferred
• Looking for a long-term dental home
• Endo experience - preferred but not required
• Experience with Invisalign, Dentures, and CT Scans A Plus
• Experience with Denticon a Plus - Training Offered
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with Patients and Staff
• Having an Open Line of Communication with the Doctor

Responsibilities:

• Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM
• Some Fridays (When Needed) 9 AM to 1 PM
• Managing 1 Column - Seeing 7 to 8 Patients Per Day
• 1 Hour for New Patients, Filling, Etc.
• 1 Hour Per Crown
• 1 Hour + for Implants
