Financials:
• $170,000 Base Salary
• Incentive based on encounters per day
• Sign on/Relocation: $20,000
• Student loan repayment eligible
• Health, dental, vision
• 403b
• Vacation/paid holidays- 25 days/year + 9 paid holidays
• CME- up to 5K/year
