As our Pediatric Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our practice by:

• Maintaining patient medical records, updating patient medical history, and vital signs as needed.
• Conducting complete patient X-ray procedures, including taking, developing, and storing X-Rays as necessary.
• Completing periodontal charting as directed.
• Preparing tools and equipment necessary for the Provider and assisting the Provider with exams as necessary.
• Performing preventative periodontal care on patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, root planing, and the application of preventative agents and sealants.
• Performing expanded functions, such as placing and carving amalgam and composite restorations, applying cavity liners, and placing/removing temporary crowns.
• Providing anesthetic for preps for the doctor.
• Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia as necessary.
• Working in tandem with the doctors to carry one column of restorative work each day.

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8am - 4pm
• Tuesday to Thursday: 7am to 2pm

Compensation:

• SIGNING BONUS OFFERED!
• Competitive compensation ranging from $48.00/hour to $54.00/hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist License in WA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Nitrous Certification
• Restoration Certification
• Anesthetic Certification
• 3 years of experience is required, with more being preferred.
