Job Description

Locum Tenens Michigan Hygienist

Function: General Family Dentistry

Facility Location: Interlochen, MI 49643

Assignment Dates: ASAP, 1-3 months

Schedule/Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 8a-5p

% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient

Patient Volume: 8 ppd (1 hour appointments)

Procedures: Cleanings and bite wing X-Rays (Intraoral camera and Fluoride experience preferred)

Support Staff: Full staff: Front Office, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Dentists

Type of Charting: Eaglesoft

Requirements: MI License

Reason for Need: hiring a new hygienist

Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week

Pay Rate: $55-$70 per hour

Travel and Lodging Provided? No

Arthur Marshall Pays Weekly and Covers Dental Malpractice Insurance
