Locum Tenens Washington Hygienist

Function: General Family Dentistry

Facility Location: Vancouver, WA 98682

Assignment Dates: ASAP, 3-6 months

Schedule/Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient

Patient Volume: 8 patient daily average

Procedures: General dentistry

Support Staff: Full staff: Front Office, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Dentist

Type of Charting: Eaglesoft

Requirements: WA License

Reason for Need: hiring a new hygienist

Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Travel and Lodging Provided? No
