Dental Hygienist
A Dental Hygienist is needed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $40/hr for new grads, up to $46/hr for 25+ years of experience
- Schedule: Full-time; flexible scheduling—hygienists pick their schedule
- Health Insurance: 70% employer-paid + 75% of out-of-pocket costs
- Dental & Vision Insurance: ~$194/year
- Paid Time Off: Accrual-based, 3 weeks first year + 7 paid holidays (1 floating)
- CME: $500 allowance (no PTO included)
- Retirement: 403(b) and IRA with 4% match, fully vested at 4 years
- Malpractice Insurance: Covered by FTCA
- Disability: Short-Term & Long-Term 100% employer-paid
- Additional Benefits: $3,000 relocation assistance (if moving from out of state), NHSC & WI loan repayment eligibility, $100k life insurance, pet insurance, AFLAC options

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive dental hygiene care with 50-minute appointments for ages 13+, 40 minutes for ages 4 and under
- Conduct SNP one-quadrant cleanings in 60 minutes
- Collaborate with dentists and the oral health team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive strategies
Requirements
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Wisconsin
- New graduates welcome
