Locum Tenens Louisiana Hygienist

Function: General Family Dentistry

Facility Location: Shreveport, LA 71109

Assignment Dates: ASAP, 1-3 months

Schedule/Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 8a-5p

% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient

Patient Volume: 8, all ages

Procedures: Prophy, x-rays, sealants, scaling and root planing, anesthesia

Support Staff: Front Office, Dentist, Dental Assistants

Type of Charting: Open Dental

Requirements: LA License

Reason for Need: Hygienist resigned to relocate

Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Travel and Lodging Provided? No

Arthur Marshall Pays Weekly and Covers Dental Malpractice Insurance
