Function: Hygienist

Facility Location: Jackson, MI 49201

Dates: ASAP, Ongoing until perm position is filled

Schedule/Shifts: Monday-Thursday (9a-5p) & Friday (9a-2p)

Patient Volume: 8-10 (up to 15 with a hygiene assistant)

Procedures: Prophys, SRP, maintenance, Scaling, and laser

Type of Charting: CareStack software

Requirements: MI License, BLS

Reason for Need: Hygienist moved

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
