We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants schedule flexibility, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative community health setting.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive dental hygiene care, patient education, and coordination with a full oral health team. This position offers one-hour appointments, balanced patient volumes, and the ability to choose your own schedule within a supportive Federally Qualified Health Center environment.
You’ll practice in Waupaca, Wisconsin, a scenic lakeside community surrounded by forests and natural beauty, offering a peaceful lifestyle and close-knit community atmosphere while making a significant impact on patient access to care.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $40 per hour for entry-level up to $46 per hour based on experience
• Health insurance: 70 percent employer paid plus 75 percent of out-of-pocket costs covered
• Dental and vision insurance approximately $194 annually
• Paid time off: 3 weeks PTO in year one plus 7 paid holidays including 1 floating holiday
• CME allowance: $500 annually
• Retirement: 403(b) and IRA with 4 percent employer match, fully vested after 4 years
• Life insurance: $100,000 employer provided
• Short-term and long-term disability 100 percent employer paid
• Relocation assistance: $3,000 for out-of-state hires
• Student loan repayment eligibility: NHSC up to $50,000 and Wisconsin Office of Rural Health up to $25,000
