Function: Dental Hygienist
Facility Location: Ithaca, NY. 14850
Assignment Dates: As soon as possible, Ongoing
Schedule/Shifts: Tuesdays - Thursdays, 8 AM to 5 PM
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 7-9
Procedures: Prophy, sealants, Perio-maintenance, SRP, Arestin, intraoral cameras, CBCT
Support Staff: Front Office, 3 Dental Assistants, and a Dentist
Type of Charting: Dentrix
Requirements: New York dental hygienist license and BLS certificate
Reason for Need: Replacement
Credentialing Timeframe: 24 to 48 hours
Pay Rate: Negotiable
