Dental Hygienist – $45+/Hour | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends
Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a Dental Hygienist for a modern, established dental practice in Orange Park, FL. This is a full-time, Monday–Thursday role with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive team environment focused on quality patient care—not burnout.

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Consistent schedule, long weekends every week
Responsibilities:
- Preventive care (cleanings, scaling, fluoride)
- Digital X-rays and charting
- Patient education and oral health assessments
- Use of modern technology (ultrasonic scalers, intraoral cameras)
- Collaborative, team-based care
Requirements:
- Active Florida Dental Hygienist License
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented mindset
