Dr. Ronald Sadler is a Field Dental Director of The Smilist Dental and a General Dentist with nearly 30 years of experience. With advanced training in endodontics and fixed prosthodontics, he’s committed to staying current and bringing modern, high-quality care to every patient interaction.

Dr. Sadler leads with a strong focus on respect, compassion, and customer service, and is intentional about building a team environment where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported.

Outside the office, he enjoys time with his wife, three grown children, and their mini labradoodle. He loves traveling, staying active with a daily workout, and keeping up with the latest tech (he proudly calls himself a “technophile”). He’s also active in the community and enjoys supporting local organizations and events throughout the Buffalo area.
