Key Responsibilities:

Conduct oral health assessments, including screenings and periodontal evaluations
Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments
Take and process dental radiographs as permitted
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and treatment documentation
Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of clinical areas
Collaborate with dentists and support staff to deliver efficient care
Follow all facility protocols, including safety and infection control standards

Qualifications:

Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
Certification in dental radiography as required by state regulations
Strong knowledge of infection control and preventive dental practices
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work effectively in a secure, structured environment
