Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing
• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with clinical protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall dental health
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to support coordinated and efficient patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience required
• Radiography certification in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
• Strong understanding of preventive dental care and infection control standards
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
